CANCELLATION POLICY

 

  • Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment.
  • If you do not attend your scheduled appointment and have not provided us with 24 hours notice, you will be charged the full cost of this appointment.
  • We do appreciate that short notice is unavoidable in some circumstances. Discretion will be exercised in such cases.
